Refund Policy
Preview requests are free. No refund is needed until a manual invoice is approved and paid.
For paid production work, refund eligibility is defined in the invoice or written scope. If no custom scope exists, refund requests are reviewed before production files are delivered or physical fulfillment begins.
Custom enterprise work, private manifolds, and operator-seat packages may include non-refundable setup time once work has started.
For billing questions, contact ops@neuralempire.ai with the invoice number and project name.
